We are a two-person studio working on homes and small shops around Dublin, usually on the awkward ones — a return that never got fixed, a shop that has outgrown its counter. Every project starts with a long conversation about how a room is actually used, and ends with drawings a builder can price without ringing us twice.

How it usually goes
A first visit lasts about two hours and costs nothing. If it looks like a good fit we send a fixed price for the drawings before any work starts, so the number you hear first is the number you pay. We take no commission from suppliers, which keeps the advice boring and honest.
