Fees
We quote a fixed price once we have seen the place. These are the bands most jobs land in, so you know before you ring us whether we are in your range.
Survey and plans
From €900 for a single room, €1,800 for a typical two-bed house. Measured drawings of what is there now, which is what everything else is built on.
Design drawings
From €2,400. Layouts, elevations, lighting and joinery, worked through with you until you stop finding things you would change.
Builder's pack
From €1,600. The set a builder prices from, plus the two or three site visits it usually takes to answer their questions.
Small jobs and second opinions are €150 an hour, and we will tell you if an hour is all you need.
